Bal Samand Lake Palace

This place is located out on Mandore Road, right near the BSF Training Centre. It's a bit of a distance from the main city buzz, which is something people seem to notice when they arrive. Bal Samand Lake Palace has been around for quite some time, and it takes a lot of effort to keep an old place like this standing. We spend a lot of our days just walking around the grounds, checking if things are working or if the plants need water. The lake is there, and it changes depending on the season and the rain. Sometimes it is very quiet here, except for the sounds from the training centre nearby. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a bunch of us who have worked here for years. We know where the floors creak and which windows are hard to open. Working in a palace sounds more interesting than it actually is on a daily basis. It involves a lot of fixing pipes and making sure the dust doesn't settle too thick on the old furniture. We see guests coming in from different places, and we try to get them settled without too much fuss. It is a large property to manage, and there is always something that needs attention. We stay pretty busy just keeping the place running as it should. There is not much else to the story of this old spot.
