We are located at number 30, right across from the Umed Club Road. It’s a pretty central location, so it’s easy for folks to get to us from the main parts of the city. We’ve been running this place for a while, and it’s a bit of a daily grind keeping everything in order. We have a handful of rooms that we look after, and there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning. The lobby is small, with a couple of chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of time checking guests in and out and making sure the laundry is done on time. It isn't a corporate hotel with hundreds of rooms; it’s more of a personal setup where we do most of the work ourselves. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet for hours. We know the neighborhood well, so we can tell people where to find a good cup of coffee or a shop that’s still open late. The building has its quirks, like a door that sticks or a light that flickers, but we try to stay on top of it. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people finding us and being okay with a simple place to stay. It’s a straightforward business for us, and we try to keep the rooms as comfortable as we can without making it too complicated. Most guests are just looking for a quiet night.
