There is a lot of noise and people moving around, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. It’s a practical location for what we do. We aren't a big corporate chain with a glass building. We are just in an old building that works for us. The 342001 area of Jodhpur is home. Sometimes the traffic on Railway Station Road gets backed up, but that’s just how it is here. We spend our days answering phones and talking to people who walk in from Jalori Bari. It’s a simple setup inside Ridmal House. We don't have fancy decor or a lobby. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and figure things out. If you're coming from the station, it’s a short trip. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this spot. My brother and I usually handle the morning shift. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just help people get where they need to go. It is a local Jodhpur business, plain and simple. No need to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here working on Railway Station Road every day.
