Vigyan Sanjivani Central College

We’ve been here in Village Kodahun for quite a while now. Most people around Mugara Badshahpur know where we are, right in that Jaunpur area of Uttar Pradesh. Vigyan Sanjivani Central College isn't one of those big fancy places you see in the cities, but it’s where the local kids come every morning. You’ll see them walking down the village roads with their bags, heading toward the gates before the bell rings. The building is simple, just plain brick and concrete, and it gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up in the summer. We keep the classrooms tidy enough, though. It’s mostly just teachers from the surrounding villages coming in to do their jobs and students trying to get through their lessons. There is a small yard where they play during the break. Sometimes the goats from the nearby fields wander too close to the fence, which makes the younger ones laugh. We don't have a lot of big events or anything like that. It’s just the usual routine of morning prayers, blackboards, and chalk dust. Parents stop by sometimes to ask about their kids or just to chat with the staff near the entrance.
