This is Raja Harpal Singh College. We are situated in Singramau, which is part of Jaunpur. The pincode is 222175 if you are looking for it on a map. It’s an old place with a lot of history in these parts. You can see the old walls and the big gates when you walk up. It isn't like those new colleges in the big cities. We do things a bit differently here, more slow-paced. Students come from the nearby villages in Jaunpur to study. Some walk quite a distance. The classrooms have high ceilings and it stays relatively cool even in the summer. We have a lot of space, though some of it is just grass and trees. People in Singramau know the college well. It’s been a landmark for a long time. There's always someone sitting near the entrance chatting. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just exist here for the students. The office is usually stacked with files and old registers. It’s a bit dusty, but it works. Raja Harpal Singh College has seen many generations pass through its doors. It's just a regular part of life in this corner of the world. Nothing fancy, just a place for higher learning in a quiet town. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and we just wait it out.
