Kuteer P G College

Our college is located in Chakkey, out in Jaunpur. It's in Uttar Pradesh, so you know how it is, the summers are hot and the winters can get a bit chilly. We've been here for quite some years now. It's a place for students who finished school and want to keep studying more. We have a few buildings and some open space around. It's not a city college with bright lights and malls nearby. It's a bit more rural, which makes it a quiet place to sit and read. Most of the people who come here are from the villages around Jaunpur. They travel in every day, some by bus and some on cycles. We don't have fancy elevators or glass walls. It's just brick and cement, the kind of place that feels solid. We spend a lot of time in the classrooms or in the office handling the paperwork. There is always a lot of writing and filing to do for the exams. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the local roads and the families. It’s a practical place to get an education without needing to go all the way to a big city. We just keep things running as best as we can every semester. It's steady work and we like being part of the community here in 222125. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just carry on with the books until it comes back. It is just how life is in the district.
