Trainee Steward

We are located over at 171 Sandhu Building, right on Kacahari Road in the Uditnagar area of Rourkela. Most people know the spot because it's a busy part of town. We spend our days working with folks who want to learn the ropes of being a steward. It's not fancy work, but it's steady. The building itself has been around for a while and we’ve made our space functional for what we need. People come in from all over the 769012 zip code and even further out. We mostly focus on the hands-on stuff that actually matters when you're working in a dining room or a kitchen. There’s a lot of standing and moving around, so we make sure everyone knows what they’re getting into. Sometimes the traffic outside on Kacahari Road gets a bit loud, but we just keep going. It's about getting the job done right and making sure the trainees understand the basics before they head out to bigger hotels or restaurants. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a practical setup where we can show people how to handle plates, talk to customers, and keep things clean. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see someone improve after a few weeks here. If you’re walking by Sandhu Building, you’ll likely see us busy with something or other. We’ve been here for a bit now and have become part of the local scenery in Uditnagar. We don't try to overcomplicate things; we just teach the basics.
