Our office is tucked away in Block A, 2/10 at Awas Regency. It’s quite close to the Tisco Ecc Flats, which is a landmark most people in Jamshedpur know. Being in Jharkhand, the weather changes a lot but we are usually here from early morning until the work is finished. The building isn't brand new or anything, it has that lived-in feel you get with places that have been around for a few years. We have a lot of stuff going on with different projects and there are always maps or plans lying around on the tables. It gets a bit chaotic when several people are talking at once, but that is just how a working office goes. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, mostly just calendars and maybe a few old photos from past years. The parking near Awas Regency can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early. It’s a practical location for what we do. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just need a place to sit, use the computers, and talk about the work. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate but once you get here, it’s a decent spot. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the coffee machine works when it’s acting up. It's just home.
