Our travel desk is located on New Kalimati Road in Sakchi. We are actually inside the Gurudwara Hostel building, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of Jamshedpur. It’s a busy spot, especially with the temple right there and all the people coming and going. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this small office for some time. We handle things like train tickets, bus bookings, and sometimes helping folks figure out their routes for longer trips. It’s a small space, usually filled with stacks of brochures and old registers. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. People just walk in off the street when they need to go somewhere. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand or through simple calls to the transporters. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook during the holiday season, and it gets a bit chaotic. We aren't a big corporate travel agency with a website for everything. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We just try to get them good seats and make sure their tickets are printed correctly. It’s a straightforward business, and we like being right here in the heart of Sakchi where all the action is.
