You might not expect to find us in a flat in Jamshedpur, but here we are. We’re located in Flat No-201, in the Hill View Garden complex. It’s in Block-B, which is pretty close to Dimna Chowk in the Mango area. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes it a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a commercial district. We handle things for the cruise liner from right here. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure the paperwork for the UK side of things is in order. The view of the hills from the garden is actually quite nice when the weather is clear. We’ve got a small team. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic at the chowk is backed up. We spend our days on the computer or talking to people over the phone. It’s quiet work for the most part. We don't have a big storefront, just the apartment office. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We make our own tea and occasionally share a meal. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big building. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a bit of an unusual setup, but it works for us. We find that being in a quiet flat helps us concentrate on all those complicated international details.
