One Restaurant

One Restaurant is our small business here in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. If you need to send us anything, it usually goes through Smt. Rita Sinha’s name. We are located in the 831001 area, which is a busy part of the city. We don't have a big corporate office or a board of directors. It’s just us and the kitchen staff. We spent a lot of time getting the tables set up and making sure the place felt okay for people to sit down and eat. It’s not a fancy five-star establishment with white tablecloths. We have simple chairs and menus that we printed ourselves. The floor has some marks from years of people walking in and out, but we think that just shows the place is used. We get the vegetables from the local market and start prepping early in the morning. Jamshedpur can get really hot, so we keep the fans going at full speed all day. We don’t have a big advertising budget. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or work in the local shops. They know what to expect when they walk in. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide food and a place to sit. It’s a lot of work, and some nights we are exhausted, but it’s a good kind of tired. We are just a local restaurant trying to stay steady in a busy town and serve our community.
