Ican Manpower

Ican Manpower is based out of Laxmi Nagar, specifically at Bajrangi Bagan, Road No 1, House Number 13, in the Telco area. It's a residential-feeling spot which makes coming to work quite pleasant compared to the noisy city center. We are in a regular house that’s been converted into our workspace. It’s got a bit of a garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds sometimes get the better of us. We spend our days here trying to connect people with jobs. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and meeting folks who are looking for a new start. The office is pretty simple. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit in while they wait and a few desks for our staff. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We have our own small kitchen where we make lunch and tea. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when several people come in at once, but we make it work somehow. We’ve been part of the Telco community for a while now. We know the local rhythms and the people around here. We don't use any complicated systems or big mission statements. We just try to be helpful to the people who walk through our door. It’s honest work and we like doing it from this little corner of Road No 1. It keeps us busy and connected.
