We are located at XLRI in Jamshedpur. It is a well-known spot and having Hp Globalsoft Pvt Ltd based here means we are surrounded by a lot of activity. The campus atmosphere is quite different from a standard commercial district. We have a small office where we handle our business. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a few bookshelves filled with manuals and old folders. Jamshedpur has a specific feel to it, very industrial but also quite green in parts. We like working from this location. The day usually starts with a quick check of the emails and a bit of planning. We don't have a big team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There is no need for fancy memos or long presentations. We just talk and get things sorted. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons when everyone is deep into their work. We might go for a walk around the area just to stretch our legs and get some air. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we keep the place just how we like it. It's not about being the biggest company, it’s just about doing the work that comes our way and staying consistent. We've been here for a while and we've got a good rhythm going. Even when things get stressful, we just take a minute and then get back to it. That’s our daily life here.
