We are over here at C 47 in the XLRI Circuit House Area in Jamshedpur. It is a quiet enough spot. Aes Solutions Pvt Ltd has been running from this office for a while now. Most days it is just us sitting around computers trying to get things sorted for folks who need help with their technical stuff. Jamshedpur is a decent place to work, though it gets pretty hot in the summer months. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and a lot of wires everywhere. We don't really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. People usually find us because they know someone who worked with us before. We spend a lot of time on calls or just typing away. Sometimes we walk over to the local shops for tea when things get a bit too quiet. It is a small team, mostly local people who grew up around Jharkhand. We try to keep things simple. If there is a problem, we look at it and try to fix it. That is about it really. We have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our little corner remains the same. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Most of us have been here for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. It's just a regular office.
