Evening Star Caterer

We operate out of 53C on Johila Road here in Jamshedpur. It’s a decent-sized space that has seen a lot of cooking over the years. We didn't start with much, just a few big pots and a desire to cook for local events. Over time, we got more equipment and more people joined us, but we still feel like the same small outfit we were at the beginning. Johila Road is a busy place, and we fit right in with the noise and the activity. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy website. We mostly just rely on people talking to each other. If someone likes the food at a wedding or a party we did, they usually ask for our name. That’s how we’ve stayed in business all this time. The kitchen is the heart of what we do. It’s messy sometimes, and there’s always a lot of cleaning to do, but that’s just the reality of catering. We use recipes that have been around for a long time. There isn't any secret to it, just staying consistent and putting in the hours. Everyone here knows their job, whether it’s prepping vegetables or managing the fires. We don't try to overcomplicate things with modern trends that don't fit. We just want to make sure people leave the table feeling full and satisfied after they eat our food. It is simple work, but it keeps us very busy and we like it that way.
