Down in Jamshedpur, we have been running Dev Sound And Light Decorators for quite some time now. We are located at 60/A on Mandir Path. That is in the Kadma area, specifically in the part called Bhatia Basti. If you know the Durgabadi temple, you can find us pretty easily as we are right near it. The 831005 area is where we grew up and where we eventually decided to start this little business. It is a modest place we have here. We have speakers, long wires, and all kinds of lights stacked up in our space. It is not a fancy showroom with glass windows. It is more of a workshop and a storage spot for all our gear. We spend most of our time out at different venues across Jamshedpur anyway, setting things up and taking them down. When we are here at the shop, we are usually checking the equipment to make sure everything works perfectly for the next gig we have booked. Mandir Path is a nice, familiar street, and being near the temple means there is always some kind of activity or festival going on nearby. We do not have a marketing department or any big ads in the paper. People usually just find us because they saw our lights at a neighbor's wedding or heard our sound system at a local festival. We are just local folks doing what we know how to do best. It is honest work.
