We have been operating at 124 Sanjay Rd in Sakchi for quite some time now. You can find us right near the Bengal Club, which is a big landmark around here. Our daily life involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving equipment for events. We handle the tents and the catering side of things. It is not an easy job because we have to be out in the sun or rain getting everything ready before the guests show up. The kitchen gets really hot when we are cooking for hundreds of people. We use large iron pots and traditional methods for most of the food. People often stop by our Sakchi office to talk about their family functions or weddings. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just us and a few workers who have been with us for years. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple bookings on the same day. You might see our trucks parked along Sanjay Rd while we load up chairs and tables. We just try to do our work properly and make sure the food is ready on time. It is a family business, and we take it one day at a time. The neighborhood has changed, but we are still here doing the same work. We don't make big promises, we just show up and set things up as requested.
