Eastern Travels Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Jugsalai area of Jamshedpur. To find us, you have to go to Chappriya Mohalla and look behind the R. P. Pa High School. Sri Ram Narayan Singh is the person in charge of the space here. It’s a very busy part of the city because of the school and all the local shops around. The streets are narrow and there is always a lot of noise from people and traffic. Our office is quite plain. We have some desks, a few old computers, and shelves full of files and ledgers. We have been helping people with their travel needs for a long time. Most of our work is for local families who are going on a trip or workers heading to other states. We don't use any fancy language or try to push people into buying things they don't want. We just give them the prices and book the tickets. Sometimes it gets very crowded in the office, especially during the holiday seasons. We all have to pitch in and do different jobs to keep things moving. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we are used to it. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up, do the bookings, and make sure the paperwork is correct before we close for the night and head back to our own homes.
