You can find us at House Number 25 on Road Number 9 in Azad Nagar. It’s a residential part of Mango in Jamshedpur, so the office feels more like a home than a corporate building. We’ve set up the front room with a couple of tables and computers to handle all the travel bookings. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or neighbors talking, which makes it feel like a nice, local spot. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Instead, people just walk in and sit down like they’re visiting a friend. We spend our time checking bus schedules and looking for the best way for people to get to their destinations. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in or just talk until it comes back. It’s a very relaxed way of doing business. The walls have a few posters of places far away, but mostly it’s just a plain room. We know most of the families living on Road 9, and they know us. Being in Azad Nagar means we are close to everything we need. We don't put on any airs here. We just drink our chai, answer the phone, and try to make sure everyone's tickets are printed correctly. It is a simple life at House Number 25, and we like it that way. We aren't a big chain, just a local office helping our neighbors travel.
