Our travel office is situated at Daisy A-07 in Ashiana Gardens. It’s a nice spot in the P.O. Sonari area of Jamshedpur, with the 831 001 pin code. We have been helping people figure out their travel plans from this little corner for a good many years. It is not a flashy office with big screens. Usually, it is just us sitting at the desks with some papers and computers, trying to find the best routes for whoever walks in. Traveling can be a real pain if you don't know which form to fill or which flight connects where. We take care of that stuff so our neighbors don't have to worry about it. Most of our customers live right here in Sonari or the nearby parts of Jamshedpur. We know them by name and they know us. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle tickets and all the bits that come with it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone won't stop ringing, but we get through the work. We aren't some big internet company; we are just people you can actually talk to. If someone wants to go visit family across the country or take a small trip, they come sit down with us and we work it out. It’s steady and we like the rhythm of it. Helping people get where they need to go feels like a good way to spend the day.
