We operate out of Q.No-C/3 on Hume Pipe Road in the Sakchi area. Jamshedpur is a busy place, and Sakchi is right in the middle of it all. Even though the company name mentions Pardih Chowk, our main office for handling the hotel business is here near the post office. It’s an older building, and the neighborhood is always full of activity with people moving between the markets and the industrial sites. We deal with the day-to-day management of our hotel properties from this office. This involves a lot of phone calls, dealing with suppliers, and keeping an eye on the bookings. It’s not a fancy hotel lobby where we sit; it is just a regular office with filing cabinets and a few old fans. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s Jamshedpur for you. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now, so the local tea sellers and shopkeepers all know us. It’s a practical setup for a business that needs to stay connected to the local market. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions. We just make sure the rooms are ready and the guests are taken care of at our locations. It is hard work, especially during the wedding season when everything gets twice as busy. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
