Silver Proteins Pvt. Ltd.

We are located on the 5th floor of the City Point building, right opposite the Town Hall. It’s a busy part of the city, and finding parking downstairs is almost impossible most mornings. Silver Proteins Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we manage the protein side of things. It’s not as exciting as it sounds; it’s a lot of looking at lab reports and checking inventory numbers. The office has a good view of the street, so sometimes I get distracted watching the crowds below. We have a small staff, and we’ve all been together for a while, so we know each other's habits. The coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room. We deal with different types of protein products, mostly for food and industry use. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with the factories and the buyers. Sometimes the shipments are late, and then the phones won’t stop ringing. It’s a lot of pressure, but we manage. The walls are a bit plain, and we could probably use some better lighting, but it works for us. We aren’t trying to be some high-tech startup. We’re just a regular company doing our job in a crowded office building. By the time five o’clock rolls around, we’re all pretty ready to head down that elevator and go home to our families. It’s a simple life, really, just keeping things moving one day at a time.
