M.K Industries

M.K Industries is over on Saru Section Road, specifically at C-44 in the M.P. Shah Industrial Estate. It’s one of those places where the machines never seem to stop humming. We’ve been operating out of this unit for years, and the walls show it. There’s a bit of grease and oil here and there, but that’s how an industrial shop is supposed to look. The heat gets a bit much in the middle of the afternoon, but we just open the big shutters to let some air in. Most of our day is spent handling materials and checking on the production line. We aren't big on meetings or fancy presentations; we’d rather just be on the floor getting the work finished. The guys here have a good rhythm going, and they know exactly what needs to happen to keep things on track. Saru Section Road can get pretty clogged with lorries, so we have to plan our pickups carefully. It’s a loud environment, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us. We just want to make sure the products are right and the machines stay running until the end of the shift. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we spend our time here from Monday to Saturday.
