Our place is called Krishn Kunj, and we’re located in the Bedeshwar area. It’s a spot we’ve called home for a long time. We work with emery, which is a tough, gritty material, and I suppose our workplace reflects that a bit. It’s a practical environment. We don't have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. Most of the space is taken up by the materials we process and the bags ready for shipping. Being in Bedeshwar, we are close to the industrial heart of things. We see the same faces every day, and we’ve built up a routine that works for us. A typical morning starts with checking the machinery and seeing what orders came in overnight. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of layers of management. If there’s a problem, we just walk over and talk to the person in charge of that section. It’s straightforward. We spend a lot of time ensuring the grit and the powders are exactly what they need to be. It’s dusty work, and we all go home with a bit of it on our clothes, but that’s just part of the job. We don't spend much time on the internet or doing fancy promotions. We just focus on the stuff we produce and making sure it gets to the people who ordered it on time. It is just the way we have always done things here, keeping the machines going and the orders moving out of the gate.
