This branch of Shree Digvijay Cement Co. Ltd. is located in Sikka, within the Jamnagar district of Gujarat. Our specific location is N-2/8 in the DCC Colony at Digvijaygram. Like many others working for the company, we live right here in the colony, which makes for a very short commute. The area is dominated by the cement plant, so everything here revolves around that. Our office is just a functional space where we manage our part of the cement business. We don't have any high-end decor or corporate branding on every wall. It’s just a place with some desks, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend the day tracking shipments and coordinating with the transport guys. The weather out here in Sikka can be quite harsh, with the salt air and the heat, so we just try to keep the office cool and comfortable. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a long time, so there’s a lot of history in the room. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or trying to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a local team doing the everyday work of managing cement supplies. It’s steady, predictable work, and we’re happy to be a part of the local community here in Digvijaygram. We just get the job done and go home to our families.
