Aditya Birla Cement

In Jamnagar, we are situated on Street No 4 in the Vrundavan Society. We are right on Mehulnagar Main Road, just across from the Jain Temple. It’s a good landmark to have because everyone knows where the temple is. This is the office for Aditya Birla Cement. It’s a busy spot because there’s always something happening on the main road. We get a lot of noise from the traffic, but we’re used to it. The work we do involves a lot of supply and demand for cement. It’s a heavy business, though we mostly handle the paperwork and orders here. The office is a bit crowded with stacks of files and brochures. We try to keep it clean, but when the trucks are moving and orders are coming in, things get a bit messy. We’ve got a small staff and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate skyscraper; it’s just a building in a society. We drink our chai and handle the customers as they come. Sometimes the computers are slow, which is frustrating, but we manage. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just sell cement and make sure it gets to where it needs to go. That’s how we spend our days in Jamnagar.
