Sagar Lime Stone

Sagar Lime Stone is over in Bhanvad, specifically at No. 102 near the Bhanavi Colony. This part of Bhanvad is quite quiet except for the sound of our work. We deal specifically with limestone, which is everywhere in this region. The site we have isn't massive, but it’s enough for the limestone blocks we handle. We spend a lot of our days sorting through the stone to see which ones are ready to be sent out. The area around Bhanavi Colony is mostly residential and small businesses, so we try to keep the noise down when we can, though cutting limestone is never really silent. We have a few guys who have been with us for years and they know exactly how to handle the material without too much fuss. The office is just a small room where we sit and have tea while we wait for the next delivery to arrive. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing where we are. The limestone gets stacked up high in the yard, and we have to be careful when moving it so nothing breaks. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. If you walk past the colony, you’ll probably see us out there with the stones. We just keep our heads down and get the work done day by day.
