Dipen Marble & Tiles

We are over at No 9, Patel Colony, specifically in the Swapnalok Apartmart building. Our shop is right above Pawan Deri. It’s a bit of a different setup being in an apartment building, but it works for us. We handle both marble and tiles here. The space is a bit tight, so we have to be very careful with how we stack things. We spend a lot of time moving boxes of tiles around. It’s a workout every single day. The Patel Colony area is a nice place to be. We have the dairy downstairs, so there is always people coming and going. We don’t have a glossy brochure or a team of salespeople. It’s just us talking to whoever walks through the door. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If someone wants to look at tiles for an hour, we let them. We know choosing these things takes time. Sometimes we run out of a certain pattern, and we have to wait for more to come in. That’s just part of the trade. We’ve been here for a while now and most of our customers are from the local blocks. We don't use fancy jargon. We just talk about the stone and the clay. It’s a regular job for us, and we are happy to be part of the colony. We keep the shop open and see what people need.
