Khetani Stone

Our business, Khetani Stone, is right by the Bedi Gate in Kalavad. We are very close to the bus stand, so there are always people moving around and plenty of noise from the traffic. It’s a lively spot to be in. We deal with different types of stone and have been doing so for quite a while now. Our shop is a bit small, but we make the most of the space we have. Most days you will find us outside or near the entrance talking to folks who are passing by or looking for something specific for their homes. Being near the bus stand in Kalavad makes it convenient for people from nearby villages to stop in while they are in town. We don't have a big website or do any fancy advertising. Word of mouth is how most people find Khetani Stone. We just try to be helpful and show what we have in stock. The stone business is tough on the hands and the back, but we are used to it by now. Sometimes the area around Bedi Gate gets very congested, and it takes a while to get things delivered, but that is just part of living and working here. We just take things one day at a time and keep the business going. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in our town, and we plan to stay here.
