We are based out of the M.P. Shah Industrial Estate at unit A/7, on Saru Section Road. Plantech Medical Systems Private Limited is a name that sounds a bit formal, but we’re actually a pretty down-to-earth group. We deal with medical equipment and systems, which means we have to be quite careful with how we handle everything. The estate is a busy place with a lot of noise from the other units, but inside our space, we try to keep things a bit more orderly. It’s important because of the type of equipment we work with. We’ve been at this Saru Section Road location for a good while, so we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the place. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office can get a bit cramped when new shipments arrive. We spend a lot of time checking parts and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of technical work, but we talk like regular people, not like a manual. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the heat, and we all just have to deal with it. We don't have a giant headquarters; it’s just this unit here in the industrial estate. We take pride in just doing the work steadily without making a big fuss about it.
