Royal Recycling Industries

Royal Recycling Industries is located at Plot No. 347 in Phase 2 of the GIDC in Dared, Jamnagar. The pin code is 361004 if you’re looking for it on a map. We deal with a lot of stuff that people don't want anymore. The yard is usually full of piles of material waiting to be sorted. It’s not the cleanest job, but someone has to do it. We spend most of our time outside or in the open shed areas. Jamnagar can get very windy, which blows the dust around, so we’re always wearing caps and masks. We have a scale for weighing things and a few machines for breaking down the bigger pieces. It’s a busy spot. There are always tractors or small trucks pulling in with loads. We don't have a big office, just a small cabin where we keep the records. We’ve been at Plot 347 for a few years now and have gotten to know the other recycling folks in Phase 2. We don’t use any complicated systems. We see what comes in, we sort it, and we send it where it needs to go. It’s a simple cycle. Some days are better than others, depending on what kind of material we get. We just keep at it. It’s a living, and it keeps the scrap from piling up in the wrong places. That is pretty much the whole story of what we do here.
