Amber Industries

We are based at 46 Digvijay Plot in Jamnagar, which is a busy area for all kinds of small industries. Amber Industries is basically a workshop where we handle various manufacturing and assembly tasks. If you’ve been to Jamnagar, you know the Digvijay Plot area is full of places like ours. It’s noisy, dusty, and there’s always something being loaded onto a rickshaw or a truck. We work with different metals and small parts most of the day. The sun gets really hot here in the afternoons, so we have big fans blowing all day long to keep the air moving. We don’t have a fancy showroom or any place for guests to sit. Most of our space is taken up by raw materials and the finished pieces waiting to go out to customers. We’ve lived in this city all our lives, so we know most of the people around here. It’s a tight-knit community of workers and shop owners. Sometimes we just sit outside on the bench for a few minutes to catch a breeze and talk to the neighbors. We do our own maintenance and try to keep the old machines running as long as possible. It’s not a high-tech facility with computers everywhere. It’s more about manual skill and knowing how to handle the tools. We take pride in the fact that we can handle the work. It’s just us, doing our daily grind.
