Oswal Metals

Oswal Metals is located at B-3 in the M. P. Shah Municipal Industrial Estate. This is on Saru Section Road in Jamnagar, which is a major hub for the metal industry. We deal with various types of metal components and raw materials. The building is an older one, and you can see the age in the bricks and the wear on the entrance. Inside, the whole place smells like brass and cut copper. We have large stacks of raw material piled up near the front door and finished parts in boxes towards the back. It isn't a quiet environment because the hum of production never really stops. We don’t have a fancy showroom for people to sit in. If you come to visit, you will likely see us in our work clothes, usually with a bit of metal dust on them. Jamnagar is famous for this kind of work, and we are just one of the many small units trying to do a decent job. We use a mix of old-school manual tools and some newer equipment. The floors get swept every single evening, but by the next afternoon, they are already covered in metal shavings again. It is physically demanding work, and the heat in Gujarat can make it quite tough. We take short breaks for water or tea whenever we can. It’s just a few of us who really know the trade.
