Om Sai Products

Om Sai Products is located at Plot No. C-1-433 and 434 in Phase-2 of GIDC. We actually have two plots here, which gives us a bit more room to breathe compared to some of the smaller units. It is a very loud area because of all the neighboring factories, but you stop noticing the noise after you’ve been here a few days. Our workday starts pretty early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. We do all the production and the packaging right here on the premises. It is a very hands-on environment. There is no lobby or air-conditioned office for guests to sit in. If you come by the gate, you will see bags and containers stacked up ready for the trucks. We keep a very simple schedule and don't like to overcomplicate things. Most of our staff are from the local neighborhood and have been with us for a long time. We don't really do the whole corporate or professional thing. We just speak plainly and focus on making sure the product is right. The floor usually has a layer of dust on it by lunchtime, and we have to sweep it out at the end of every day. That is just the reality of life in an industrial zone like GIDC. We have seen some bad rainy seasons where the roads outside get flooded, but we still manage to keep the machines running.
