You can find us at number 132, right near Andheri Gali in the Panjtirthi area of Jammu. This is where we handle things for Vodafone. It’s a narrow street, and the shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. People come in all day with their phones, complaining about signals or trying to get a new SIM card working. We’ve got posters on the walls that have been there for years and a counter that’s seen a lot of use. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once. We spend our time checking balances and helping folks figure out their data plans. Panjtirthi is an old part of town, so we get a lot of regulars who just stop by to chat while they pay their bills. We don't have the fancy automated machines you see in the big malls. It’s just us behind the glass, doing our best to keep everyone connected. Sometimes the network is slow, and we have to explain that to frustrated customers. We’ve been here in this spot for a long time, watching the 180001 area change as phones became part of everything. It’s just a normal shop in an old alleyway, helping people stay in touch with their families. We just take it one customer at a time and try to keep the lines open for everyone in this part of Jammu.
