You can find us through Rupinder Singh, who’s the son of Dr. Baldev Singh. We’re located in Karanbagh Extension, Gadigarh. It’s near the P.O. Miran Sahib area in Jammu, with the pincode 180 001. Being in J&K means we deal with a lot of local people who need help with their insurance needs. Our office isn't some big corporate headquarters; it’s a more personal space where we can actually talk to people. We’ve been in this part of Jammu for a good while. Most of the day is spent going over policies and helping folks understand what they’re signing up for. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we’re used to it. The area around Karanbagh is pretty familiar to us, and we like being tucked away from the main city noise. We don’t put on any airs or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the claims and the new applications as they come in. Sometimes things get a bit backed up, especially when there are a lot of inquiries, but we just work through the pile. It’s a steady job and we try to be as helpful as possible to the neighbors and locals who walk in. It's just a regular office doing regular work for the community here. We make sure the forms are filled and the questions are answered.
