Tour N Tripadvisor is over at No. 660 A in Gandhinagar. We are right by the Dushehra Ground, which is a great landmark for finding us. Our office is pretty small and usually has stacks of papers and maps everywhere. We help people plan their trips and get their tickets sorted out. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes airlines change their times or hotels get overbooked. When that happens, we spend the whole day on the phone trying to fix it. It’s stressful but we’ve been doing this long enough to handle it. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us who like travel and know how to navigate the systems. Gandhinagar is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We get a lot of local people who walk in just to ask questions about prices for next summer. We don't try to sell them the most expensive package. We just tell them what’s available. Sometimes we recommend they wait if we think the prices will drop. We aren't polished or professional in the way big city agencies are. We just talk like normal people. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to send a confirmation email right away, but we always make it right in the end. It’s just a small travel spot in a good neighborhood and we try to be as helpful as possible to anyone who walks through the door.
