Unique Travels And Tours

Our travel office is located at Shop No. S- 16 on the second floor of the Trikuta Shopping Complex. It is right on B. C Road, so it stays pretty busy with people coming and going all day long. We have a small space here with just enough room for our desks and a few chairs for people to sit while we look up their travel details. Most of our time is spent staring at computer screens, trying to find available tickets or checking hotel prices for different dates. It is not a very quiet job because the phone is always ringing or there is noise coming from the other shops in the complex. We handle a lot of different types of trips, whether it is someone going to see family or just needing a quick flight somewhere. We have piles of brochures and printouts all over the place, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we are looking for. It is just a few of us working here, trying to keep up with the bookings. We do not have a big fancy lobby, but we do have a kettle for tea which gets used a lot. Dealing with travel can be stressful when plans change at the last minute, but we just do our best to fix things. We have been in this spot for a while now and know the building quite well. It is just a regular local travel shop doing its thing.
