Our place is located at 312 Jawahar Nagar, over in the Talab Tillo area of Jammu Tawi. It is a busy part of town and we have been here for a good while now. The building is a bit older and has that lived-in feel to it. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be sitting at a desk ready to help. We handle things for the airlines, but we do it from this simple local office. It is not like the big glass buildings you see at the airport. We have folders and papers stacked up, and the walls have a few old calendars hanging on them. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during the day, but we are tucked back enough that it is okay. We don't use much corporate talk here. We just speak plainly and get the job done. Sometimes we stay late when there are delays or things to sort out, but that is just part of the work. It is a small team and we all know our roles pretty well. We’ve seen many seasons change from this window in Jawahar Nagar. It is a humble setup, but it is reliable and we know how to make things work with what we have. People in Jammu appreciate a straightforward approach. We try to be helpful to everyone.
