S.V.A Tour And Travels is located in the Ranbir Market area right below the Ranbir Hotel at Indra Chowk. This part of Jammu is always bustling with people and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is down on the lower level so it stays a bit cooler in the summer months which is nice. We have been around for a while now just doing our thing and helping people with their travel plans. It is not a flashy place with neon lights or anything like that. We have some old desks and a few computers and that is about it. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from the 180001 area or folks staying at the hotels nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking on bookings and making sure everything is lined up for the next day. Sometimes we make mistakes like writing a name wrong but we always fix it as soon as we notice. We don't have a big marketing budget so we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It is a quiet way to run a business even though the street outside is very loud. We just focus on the work and try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door.
