Our office is located at 12 B/C in the Gandhinagar area of Jammu. We are quite close to Shourya Motors Ltd, so that is usually how people find their way to us if they happen to get lost. Gandhinagar is a pretty well-known part of the city, and it stays quite busy throughout the day. We have been here for some time now, just doing our thing with travel arrangements. The office is a straightforward space. It is not meant to look like some corporate lounge. We have our desks, the phones ring quite a bit, and there is always some paperwork piled up that needs looking at. Most of our work involves helping people figure out their international trips or just local travel. It can get a bit hectic when several people come in at once, especially during the peak holiday seasons. We don't really use fancy language to talk about what we do. We just listen to where someone wants to go and then we try to find a way to make it happen. There is a lot of back-and-forth with emails and calls, which is just part of the daily routine. Being near the motor showroom means there is always traffic and the sound of engines outside. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bookings. It is a regular job for us, and we try to do it right. (255 words)
