Our place is located at 229A, right near Last Morh in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a busy corner of Jammu with a lot of traffic passing by. We have a showroom area where we keep the different tile samples and ceramic pieces. It’s not the biggest space, so things can get a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives. We spend our days showing people the different patterns and helping them figure out how many boxes they need for their bathrooms or kitchens. The dust from the warehouse part gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning the displays. It’s a lot of heavy lifting too. Carrying tiles around all day keeps us moving. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few of us who know the products well. Most of the customers are local contractors or families fixing up their homes. We have a small desk in the back where we handle the invoices and talk to the transporters. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic at the Morh, but we try to keep everyone updated. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use much fancy talk. We just show you what we have and tell you the price. It’s been our spot for quite some time now. We usually take a break in the afternoon when the sun is at its hottest. We keep the floor swept and the samples shiny for whoever walks in next.
