We are over at H.No.88 in the Rehari Chungi area of Jammu. Our office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. Rtout Sourcing Services Ltd does a lot of different things to help other businesses. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Rehari Chungi is a lively part of town. There is always a lot of traffic passing by the front door. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers. It’s not a sleek modern office, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We spend a lot of time looking for people to fill jobs or helping with back-office tasks. The team here is small. We all know each other’s business. Sometimes we have meetings in the main room where the light is better. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. We just use what works. The building has been here for years. We have to paint the walls every now and then to keep it looking okay. It’s honest work. We don't make big promises. We just try to get the sourcing done right for whoever is asking. Most of us walk to work or take a short rickshaw ride. It’s a very local Jammu life for us. We stay busy from nine to five and then lock up the gate. There is always something to fix or a new file to organize.
