Dealing with insurance isn't always the most exciting thing in the world, I'll be the first to admit that. We spend most of our days staring at screens or filing away forms that people bring in after a car bump or a hospital stay. It’s a lot of data entry and checking boxes. The office gets a bit noisy when the phones start ringing all at once, usually around ten in the morning. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the stacks of folders get a little out of hand on the side tables. Raman handles a lot of the incoming mail, so that email address gets a ton of traffic every day. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we're just here to process what comes across the desk. It’s a steady kind of work. Some days are slower, and we actually have time to finish a cup of tea before it gets cold. Other days, it feels like we can’t catch a break from the moment we walk through the door. It’s just the reality of working in insurance. We just keep plugging away at the files one by one until it’s time to go home.
