Our shop is located in the Satwari Cantt area. Because it’s near the cantonment, things are a bit more disciplined around here. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. We mostly handle computer repairs and some software stuff for the local people and the personnel nearby. The shop isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of workbenches and some spare parts. It’s often quite busy with people bringing in laptops that won't start or looking for a specific cable. We do our best to fix things quickly, but sometimes we have to wait for parts to come in from the main city. The traffic near the airport and the army gates can be a bit much during peak hours. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a few plastic chairs for customers. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and soldering small components. It’s honest work. We don't use any marketing tricks; people come to us because they know we can get their machines running again. The shop gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the door open to get a breeze. We know most of the regular faces in the area. It’s a good community to be a part of. We usually close up early on weekends to spend time with our families. It’s a small operation, but we keep the wheels turning for our customers every day.
