Origin Solutions Elite Private Limited is located at C2 Qureshi Estates, which is right near the National School in Karan Nagar. Being so close to a school means it gets very loud around three o’clock when all the kids are leaving. We’ve learned to plan our phone calls around that time. Our office is a simple one. We have some desks pushed against the walls and a big table in the middle where we pile all the paperwork. We do a lot of business solutions, which is a broad way of saying we help people figure out their office problems. It involves a lot of spreadsheets and reading through long documents. We’ve been here for a few years and the office has started to feel a bit lived-in. There are coffee stains on some of the desks and the carpet is wearing thin in some spots. We don’t have any mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and a few clocks. Sometimes the neighbors come in to borrow a stapler or just to chat for a minute. It’s that kind of place. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most days it’s just sweaters and comfortable shoes. We work hard, but we don't try to act like we’re more important than we are. We just stay in our corner of Karan Nagar and keep the wheels turning on whatever projects we have. We try to finish by six.
