Octaflyte Technologies Private Limited

Our office for Octaflyte Technologies Private Limited is out at the IID Centre in the Battal Ballian industrial estate. We’ve got Plot No 77, and also 101 and 102. Being in an industrial area means there’s always something going on nearby. You hear the sounds of machinery or trucks passing by all day long. It’s not the quietest place, but you get used to the hum of the estate after a week or two. The space we have is quite large because of the multiple plots, but we haven't filled it all up with fancy stuff. It’s mostly functional. We’ve got our workstations set up in a way that makes sense for how we work together. There’s no big reception desk or a person waiting to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see everyone busy at their spots. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of being in an industrial zone, like making sure the power stays steady and the equipment is handled right. It’s a very grounded environment. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some calendars and maybe a few old posters on the wall. People here are hard workers and we don’t spend much time on small talk unless we’re on a break. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here for some of us, but we’ve made this place our own over time and it fits what we do.
