New Heaven Tour N Travels

Our shop is Number 3 in the JDA Complex over in Janipur. We are right at the Main Chowk, so it is probably one of the busiest spots you could find in this part of Jammu. There is always something going on outside—horns honking, people shouting, and the general rush of the market. Being in the JDA Complex means we are surrounded by all sorts of other shops and offices. It is a small space, but it fits everything we need to function. We have a couple of computers and a place for people to sit while we look up their travel details. It gets quite dusty sometimes because of all the traffic at the chowk, but that is just Janipur for you. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors. Most of the people who come in are locals who are planning a trip or need a vehicle for a few days. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to get the best options for whatever someone is asking for. It’s not always easy, especially when the internet is slow, but we stay at it. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just open the shop in the morning and do the work until it is time to go home. It is a practical way to run things. (253 words)
