Our place is located right across from the airport in Jammu. It is in the Narwal Pain area, specifically at House Number 598. If you have ever been to the airport, you have probably passed by this street many times. The location is quite handy for us, though it can get pretty loud when the planes are taking off or landing during the day. It is a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We are in Jammu Cantt, which is a busy and somewhat dusty part of town. The office itself is just a regular building, and we have been here for a good while. Inside, it is usually full of boxes and equipment most of the time. We have a lot of things to keep track of, so the space gets used up pretty quickly. It is not the most organized-looking place if you are used to those sleek offices in big cities, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The staff here mostly lives in the nearby areas, so we do not have to deal with long commutes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through our inventory. The road outside is always busy with construction or traffic, but that is just how it is in this part of Jammu. We do not have a fancy reception area. People just walk in, and we talk to them right there. It is a very direct way of working.
