We are located at 8G in Jammu, very close to the main Bus Stand. If you have ever been to the Jammu Bus Stand, you know how chaotic it can be. There are always buses pulling in and out, people carrying heavy bags, and everyone seems to be in a big hurry. Our spot is right in the middle of all that energy. It is a small office, mostly filled with the sound of the street outside. We deal with travelers all day long—some who have just arrived and others who are trying to leave. It is a very fast-paced environment. We don’t have time for fancy decorations or polished speeches. Most of the time, we are just trying to help someone get a seat on a bus or find a car for their next destination. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials like a desk, some chairs, and our registers. We have been here for a while, so we are used to the noise and the crowd. It is not the kind of place where you sit and have a long, quiet chat. It is more about getting things done quickly so people can catch their rides. We see all kinds of people from all over the country coming through here. It is hard work, and the days are long, but it is what we do. We just keep the records straight and try to help people.
